§— Refund & Cancellation

At Kayala's Tech Academy, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in our refund process. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any program.

Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are accepted only within 5 days from:
- Date of enrollment, or
- Date of advance payment
After 5 days, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Refund Categories
Pre-Booking / Advance Payment
- Eligible for refund within 5 days
- Refund amount will be processed after deductions: advance amount and processing charges
Full Payment / Partial Payment
- Refund allowed only within 5 days
- After 5 days → No refund
Loan / EMI Payment
- Refund request must be raised within 5 days
- After 5 days → No refund / cancellation
Loan Cancellation
- Down payment refund — within 7 working days
- Loan cancellation — within 25 working days

Non-Refundable Reasons
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Got a job
- Not interested anymore
- Moving to another location or country
- Personal or family issues
- Health-related reasons

Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send an email to info@kayalas.com
- Subject line: “Course Refund” or “Loan Cancellation”
- Include: Registered Name, Registered Email ID, Phone Number, Valid reason for refund
Only email communication is accepted. Calls, WhatsApp, or messages are not valid for refund requests.

Refund Processing Time
- Refund will be processed within 7 working days after approval

Loan Foreclosure
If you wish to close your loan:
- You must directly contact your loan provider
- Kayala's Tech Academy is not responsible for loan closure

Important Conditions
Offline Seat Policy
- If cancellation is not done within 5 days: ₹10,000 + GST may be charged monthly
Course Change
- Allowed only during demo / access period
- Not allowed after full payment, loan disbursement, or full course access
Mode Change (Online / Offline)
- Allowed only during initial / demo phase
- After that: not allowed. Emergency change fee: ₹30,000
Loan Responsibility
- EMI, tenure, and KYC handled by student and loan provider
- Academy is not responsible for loan modifications
