Enrollment & Payments
- Enrollment is subject to eligibility
- Fees must be paid fully or via agreed installments
- One-time payment
- Installments
- Loan / EMI options (if applicable)
- Fees may change over time
- Final price = price at time of enrollment
Refund & Cancellation
- Refund requests are valid only within 5 days of enrollment
- After 5 days → No refund under any circumstances
- Email request required
- Must include registered details
- Not interested
- Got a job
- Personal issues
Refund (if eligible) will be processed within 7 working days.
Course Changes & Extensions
- Course cannot be paused (except serious cases)
- Extensions may require additional fees
- Batch changes depend on availability
Attendance & Discipline
Students must:
- Attend sessions regularly
- Complete assignments
- Maintain professional behavior
- Suspension
- Termination without refund
Code of Conduct
Students must:
- Avoid plagiarism or cheating
- Respect mentors and peers
- Provide accurate information
- Misconduct
- Harassment
- Fake information
Intellectual Property
All course content belongs to Kayala's Tech Academy.

Certification
Certificates are awarded only if:
Certification is at the discretion of the academy.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Job placement guarantees

Maximum liability = fees paid by you.
Termination
